Working with owner proprietors of the renowned Marquis of Lansdown pub in Dalston, London’s latest centre of nightlife, Fleet have proposed a mixed development constituting a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bed apartments.

A slender book-end slot, creates a new vertical circulation core for the existing public house. The lightweight upper floors included split level dwellings and roof top amenity. The construction proposals limited the interruption of the use of the pub and the reliance on the existing Victorian pub structure while maximising the quality and variation of the properties created.
