Fleet worked with the site current site owners and local agents, Blake Stanley, to develop an outline development plan for this large but hemmed in warehouse site in Hackney.  The process was partially a feasibility study and partially an exercise to evaluate the future potential of the site.

The site modelling which accounted for the planning policy, neighbouring rights including light and Market demand suggested a mix of unit types and sizes would generate a scheme with circa 20 individual flats.

The project is being revisited in 2021.
